Year-Over-Year Bankruptcy Filings


The Pittsburgh region continues to experience dramatically fewer bankruptcies than its benchmark peers. With 1,828 bankruptcies in the 2nd quarter of 2016, Pittsburgh is lower than all benchmark regions except Charlotte, and less than the benchmark average of 3,421.

Year-over-year, the region’s bankruptcy filings decreased 5.3 percent.
