Average Weekly Wages – Pittsburgh Region Counties

The figures below reveal the wide disparity in average weekly wages that exists in the seven-county Pittsburgh Metropolitan Statistical Area. Allegheny County had the highest average weekly wages at $1,003 in 2016 with an overall decrease of 0.5 percent year-over-year. Fayette County had the lowest average weekly wages at $712 with an increase of 2.6 percent year-over-year.
